Meditations
Meditation is training your brain to understand that YOU choose what you think about and when. We become fully engaged in the present moment able to observe thoughts and feeling without judgment. The ability to be detached while being fully engaged is often referred to as "presence", the repeated practice of meditation helps you bring that state of presence into your life helping you navigate external circumstances.
In other words, the practice of meditation helps you keep calm, access your wisdom, break cycles and focus on what matters when things in your life goes haywire.
At first, meditation may be challenging as you learn to sit quietly and let go of thoughts that pop up. It may be boring. It may be frustrating as you wait for something to happen.
It does take some discipline to show up for it when you don't feel the immediate rewards from it.
